Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders in Processing: If your order is already in processing or not shipped yet, it may be eligible for cancellation. Shipped order not eligible for cancellation in such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.

• Customized or Personalized Items: Orders for customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has begun.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is eligible for cancellation within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
